This is an eight week programme, teaching you the skills to change those negative thoughts to positive, to have self compassion for yourself and most importantly to appreciate all that we possess in life; and I am not talking about the materials things.

I will teach you the art of meditation, how by finding your breathe; you can bring calm to a situation and for the scientific person - train the brain.
