45 minute haha yoga class for people who have not stepped on a yoga mat. We shall be starting from the very beginning, learning to connect with the body and with the breath.
Hatha Yoga concentrates on physical health and mental well-being. Hatha yoga uses bodily postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation (dyana) resulting in a healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind.
